Always ask open ended questions to get them talking. and connect with them on similar likes and dislikes.

Exposure is also an important facet in improving your sales technique. This is the age of technology and social media everybody’s looking at Twitter updating their  Facebook and catching up on the latest gossip. If you don’t have two social media pages you might want to get a few more, and with that said always be updating on interesting things. You want to keep peoples attention.

When talking to clients that you need to make call backs with you want to make sure to you have lots of notes on them. When you are talking to them about what they need and want make note of it. This will help when its time to call back, you can check up on them on personal matters as well as the business you are trying to pursue. This will help your memory as you talk to multiple people a day, its important that you put down as much as possible.

Always know what your selling. You want to be able to tell them everything that need to know and more! People always have questions and you want to be able to answer them. And if you can’t, always react with positivity. You want them to know that you can and will get the answer for them.

One of the easiest ways to boost sells is word of mouth and  the relationship you made with your client is very important for this. All you have to do is ask for a referral. Word of mouth can go a very long way. When a friend tells you something your most likely going to believe and trust them. And when these friends are ranting and raving about how nice you were and they should visit you for their needs. Thats instantly contributes to building your business.
